- Avoiding Trigger Foods?
- Cutting our Gluten or Dairy?
- Going on a LowFODMAP Diet?
- Adding more Fiber to your diet?

Although many of these methods may help lesson the severity of your symptoms, they only serve as a ‘bandaid’ and will work temporarily.

Although this hard work and dedication, this is the only option for you to get your life back, grow in your career and prevent unemployment ( from IBS ), have a free and fulfilling love-life (no more shame, hiding incidents of accidents from your partner…)
