One of the most common questions we get asked pertaining to gut health is “How can I test for SIBO/Candida/Gluten Intolerance etc. ______” (you fill in the bank). Testing can be very helpful in determining what exactly is your problem so then you can treat your specific gut imbalance or uncover a food intolerance/allergy.
If you have symptoms of a gut imbalance such as a Candida Overgrowth or SIBO or suspect you are intolerant to gluten but aren’t completely sure, this post is for you.
Below are the gut tests that I recommend. Please note that most of these tests must be administered by a Functional Medicine Doctor.
