Research on Gut Health
Research on your microbiota (all of the bacteria in and around your body) and your microbiome (your gut) is groundbreaking. Clinical research is showing us that the quality of our gut flora is a major contributing factor to our overall health.
The reality is that in eating the SAD (standard American Diet) we are decimating our good gut flora. There’s nothing that we eat that then, in turn, repairs it. It’s a lost cause if we continue eating the way that we have.
People not only don’t know how to heal their gut but they’re asking questions like what is candida overgrowth, what is candida infection and what is leaky gut. These parasitic problems are the result of our gut health being poor. This problem continues to cause major health issues.
I’m here to tell you that there are all natural remedies for anxiety and a host of other problems. Clinical research has been pointing us to the fact that our gut health effects not only the way our food is digested but our mood, depression levels, immune system, ability to think, ability to handle stress, our ability to detox and a multitude of other things. This is a wildly important truth. Even our skin and acne are directly related to our gut flora!
How Can Our Gut Flora Be So Bad?
There are many contributing factors that make an impact on your microbiome. We live in a society where the health of your body has been thrown by the wayside for companies to pull in a profit.
There are unbelievable atrocities that are absolutely destroying your gut flora. I’ll make a brief list of some of the major offenders here:
- Antibiotic Overuse
- Genetically Modified Foods
- Roundup overuse (glyphosate)
- Conventional Dairy
- Factory Farmed or CAFO meats
These foods in one way or another influence the health of your microbiota and are making you sick. Let’s talk about how to cure anxiety naturally along with a host of problems like acne, weight gain, weak immune system and more.
What Can I Do?
We are faced with a few options as to how to fix this issue. In the video above I spell out some steps that you need to take. If you want to lift the brain fog, the depression, the extra weight, the constant lethargy, the monthly sickness and feel better follow these steps.
I will give you a 3 step process here, based on my clinical research, as to how you can wildly improve your gut. The 3 steps begin with:
REMOVE, REMOVE, REMOVE
The reality is that you need to start putting nutritious foods in your body. However, if you eat the best food in the world while still eating fast food, you won’t see results. That why I want to discuss the foods you need to consider removing from your diet. It’s the best place to start.
GMOs. You may be wondering, what is GMO food? It simply means Genetical Modified Organism. You need to look for labels that tell you it’s organic or GMO verified. The truth is that GMOs are bad for a multitude of reasons. Yet, when it comes to the health of your gut there’s one major offender, glyphosate.
Why GMOs are bad relates directly to your gut flora. Because of the Roundup or glyphosate used in the growth of GMO foods like corn, canola, soy and wheat they’re decimating your gut health. Foods like Corn, Canola and Soy are changed at a genetical level. This genetic change allows the Roundup to be used or absorbed as food for the plant.
Roundup kills good gut bacteria. Period. You cannot expect to have a healthy gut and eat Genetically Modified foods.
Conventional Milk and Meat. The condition of the modern day factory farms are grotesque. What comes from that environment is antibiotic resistant bacteria, salmonella, E. Coli and a host of other bad bacteria.
The best thing you can do is avoid conventionally grown meats and dairy. There are antibiotics, growth hormones, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides and other harmful “agents” in these foods that decimate your gut flora.
ADD, ADD, ADD
The next step involves you putting really great food in your body. If you remove all of these foods but don’t add in great, gut healing foods you won’t see the results that you’re looking for.
Bone Broths. This miracle food is the secret to Chicken Soup. It’s naturally healing to your body. However, it has a special place for your gut. The gut utilizes bone broths to heal itself.
Oftentimes, people experience gut damage. What this means is that your gut lining has been ripped, or torn. This is called Leaky Gut. This causes many issues like food intolerance. Bone broth can heal leaky gut naturally. It has collagen and other tissue building nutrients. Those nutrients will act as a balm and heal your gut lining.
Fermented Foods. Many of us will do our best to take a probiotic supplement. A pill that will meet all of our probiotic needs. If this is all you have, take it.
You desperately need gut friendly bacteria. However, lactofermented foods like vegetables are amazing! You must understand that even the best probiotic supplement only supplies you with a few billion microorganisms. When you ingest 2 tablespoons of fermented vegetables you are getting over 15 Trillion gut friendly bacteria.
Whole Foods. A diet that uses fresh organic vegetables, fruits and unprocessed meals will make you feel wonderful. That’s what we’re here to provide for you. This blog is dedicated to helping you to feel amazing!
