Can you believe that kale can actually be so delicious it’s addictive? Whattt????? Yes, I am serious about this.  I believe that this rough green cruciferous veggie can quickly turn into a favorite veggie by following my easy recipe below!

Even if you are determined not to like kale or your have an unbelieving family member who thinks it’s gross, I challenge you to whip this easy recipe up for them.  Although kale may not become their instant favorite, this recipe is pretty delicious.  I bet that even the Scrooge of Kale (I’m sure there’s one out there) would become more receptive to this nutritious veggie after a few bites.

Instructions
  1. Rinse your head of kale well under cold water. Pat dry.
  2. On a large cutting board, cut your kale leaves into bite sized pieces ( I prefer to remove the stems). Put cut up kale in a separate bowl and set aside.
  3. Over medium heat, melt refined coconut oil.
  4. Add your whole bowl of chopped kale and the Tablespoon of spring water to the large skillet. Steam over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until the kale begins to wilt.
  5. Add Coconut Aminos, Nutritional Yeast, black pepper and a dash of salt (to taste) to the steamed kale. Drizzle a generous amount of Olive Oil over everything and mix well with a large spoon.
  6. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
