What makes this recipe so special is that it is very gut friendly. No grains, gluten, sugar, soy, or night shades. Which means…no lectins! This is good news for a gut that is trying to heal or stay strong and healthy.
I added my favorite dressing recipe Lemon Tahini Dressing as a topping. This is an optional addition but I feel that it ties all the flavors together!
