A few months ago, my son Gideon started vetoing his usual diet of scrambled eggs for breakfast. He refused to eat another bite. With toddlers, it’s always a struggle trying to find gluten free ideas that they will actually like. Their little taste buds are maturing and things that once tasted great, don’t anymore. So, I decided to create gluten free breakfast ideas for kids! This was just a start and he absolutely loves them!
These are quick, easy and super gut friendly as they are gluten free, dairy free, grain free, and nut free! Most of the ingredients are probably already in your cupboard. If you eat gluten free or are celiac, and don’t have Coconut, and Arrowroot flour I would recommend that they find their way into your kitchen! These are absolute staples.
Speaking of desserts, you might be wondering why I put these pancakes under the gluten free desserts category. Well, as you will soon find out, these tasty pancakes are so delicious that my husband and I often whip them up when we want a quick, cheap delicious dessert after dinner. Of course, we usually wait until Gideon goes to bed, otherwise we end up sharing most of our pancakes with the little ‘Banana Pancake Monster’.
I hope you enjoy these delicious grain free pancakes as much as we do!
