Ingredients
  • 2large Avocadoripened
  • 1/4cup Red Oniondiced Avoid if you are on one of our Gut Health Courses
  • 3Tablespoons Organic CilantroChopped
  • 1-2Large garlic clovesAvoid if you are on one of our Gut Health Courses
  • Dash Sea Salt
  • 1/2Large Lime OR Lemon
Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, scoop avocado meat (remove seeds first) and mash with a fork until desired guacamole consistency is reached.
  2. Add all chopped and minced veggies and seasonings. Squeeze your half of a fresh lime and mix everything well.
  3. Serve!
