Creamy Avocado Herb Dressing (Dairy Free)

I LOOOOOVE this dressing!  I was a but doubtful that it would actually taste good when I first made it.  But was blown away when I tasted it for the first time.  It has such a delicious flavor!

This is my 4 year old’s favorite dressing as well!

It’s loaded with healthy, nourishing fats and is accented with French Herbs which gives it a gourmet flair.

  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tablespoons Raw Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Herbs De Provance
  • 3/4 teaspoon Pink Hymalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried Organic Garlic Granulas *Avoid if you are on one of our Gut Programs
  • 1/2 cup Spring/ Filtered Water

Ingredients
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions
  1. Take your avocado and cut it in half. Remove the seed with a knife and scoop the inside of the avocado into a blender.
  2. Add all the above ingredients to the blender with the avocado.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if the dressing is too thick.
  4. Enjoy!
  5. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
