I LOOOOOVE this dressing! I was a but doubtful that it would actually taste good when I first made it. But was blown away when I tasted it for the first time. It has such a delicious flavor!
This is my 4 year old’s favorite dressing as well!
It’s loaded with healthy, nourishing fats and is accented with French Herbs which gives it a gourmet flair.

Ingredients
- 1 large Avocado
- 1/2 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Raw Unpasteurized Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Herbs De Provance
- 3/4 teaspoon Pink Hymalayan Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Dried Organic Garlic Granulas *Avoid if you are on one of our Gut Programs
- 1/2 cup Spring/ Filtered Water

Instructions
- Take your avocado and cut it in half. Remove the seed with a knife and scoop the inside of the avocado into a blender.
- Add all the above ingredients to the blender with the avocado.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more water if the dressing is too thick.
- Enjoy!
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
