Crispy Oven Roasted Broccoli with Toasted Garlic

Ingredients
  • 4large heads Broccoli
  • 3Tablespoons Coconut Oil (or MCT oil)We like Trader Joe’s Triple Filtered as doesn’t taste ‘coconutty’
  • 1/2teaspoon Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
  • 1/4teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 3-4cloves Fresh Garliccut into small pieces
Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Rinse your Broccoli Florets and cut into bite size pieces
  3. Melt your coconut oil on the stove over medium-low heat.
  4. Combine broccoli, seasonings and melted coconut oil to a large bowl and toss everything together well to evenly coat the broccoli floret pieces.
  5. Spread evenly onto a cookie sheet.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fork tender and slightly crispy.
  7. Serve Immediately! Enjoy!
