This is our new favorite treat! It is rich in healthy, anti-aging fats from the avocado and is dairy free as I use coconut milk!
AND, it’s sugar free as I use UN-sweetened Coconut Milk and Stevia as the sweetener. So this is your all around GUILT FREE treat, breakfast, or whenever you choose to eat it!
Lately, I have been making it for breakfast for my three year old son and he LOVES it! It’s an easy way to incorporate healthy fats that will stabilize his blood sugar first thing in the morning!

- 2 Large Avocados ripened
- 3/4 cup Dairy Free Unsweetened Vanilla Coconut Milk
- 4 Tablespoons Organic Raw Cacao Powder
- 1/2 - 3/4 teaspoon Organic Stevia Powder
Ingredients

- Scoop avocado meat (seeds removed) into a blender or Nutri-Bullet.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Blend until creamy!
- Serve and enjoy!
