Keto Trail Mix

trail-mix

Growing up as a child, I LOVED trail mix!  Of course, my earliest memories are singling out the chocolate candies to eat first.  No, those good ol’ trail mixes were not healthy.

So, I decided to make up my own healthy recipe.

But not only is this recipe healthy.  It’s:

DELICIOUS!!!!

AND

IT’S HEALTHY!!!!

Now, things can’t get much better than that in a snack.

trail-mix

This trail mix is loaded with healthy fats in all 3 of the key ingredients: Macadamia nuts, Coconut Chips, and Cacao Nibs.  I choose cacao nibs as a healthy alternative to chocolate chips as most chocolate chips contain crappy ingredients like soy lecithin.  Umm….no thanks.

We love to take this trail mix when we are traveling or out for the day bike-riding or hiking.  It’s very satiating and the perfect fuel to tie you over to your next meal.

I hope you enjoy this delicious, fun trail mix as much as I do!

Brenna xoxo
