What makes them Greek-style? The olives, lemon juice, fresh parsley leaves and drizzle of Tahini on top.
Since we try to stay away from lectins as much as possible, I decided to create this recipe lectin-free which was tricky since I’m so used to tomatoes and fete. However, this recipe tastes pretty darn delicious even without all the lectins which was a great surprise to us!
