In this tiny elegant restaurant, I had my very first encounter with chimichurri sauces atop grass-fed steak. The experience was unforgettable. Everything tasted absolutely divine! As a side dish, we ordered their hand-cut fries topped with herbs and fresh minced garlic. We were pleasantly surprised at how classy the fries were presented.
