Ingredients
Lectin-Free Taco Meat
  • 8-12ounces Grass Fed Ground Beef
  • 1teaspoon Organic Ground Cumin
  • 1/2teaspoon Dried Organic Garlic Granuals(Avoid while on one of our gut health educational courses.)
  • 1/2teaspoon Organic Black Pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon Pink Hymalayn Sea Salt
  • 1/4large yellow oniondiced – (Avoid while on one of our gut health educational courses.)
Lettuce Boats and Toppings
  • 6Large Organic Lettuce Leaves
  • 6ounces Avocado
  • 1/4Large Red Onion(Avoid while on one of our gut health educational courses.)
  • 1/2large LimeJuiced
  • 1/4teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Dash Organic Black Pepper
  • 1/4cup Organic Cilantro leaveschopped
  • 4large Organic Radishessliced
  • 1/2cup Fermented VegetablesOptional – (Avoid while on one of our gut health educational courses.)
Instructions
  1. In a medium Frying pan/skillet cook ground beef, chopped yellow onion and all the spices over medium heat until beef is cooked to your liking and the onions are translucent. Cover and set aside. (Avoid onions and garlic while on one of our gut health educational courses.)
  2. Rinse lettuce leaves with fresh water and pat dry.
  3. In a large bowl, scoop out your avocado and mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached. Chop your red onion and cilantro and add to the mashed avocado along with salt and pepper to taste. (Avoid onions and garlic while on one of our gut health educational courses.)
  4. Lastly, rinse your organic radishes and slice into halves or quarters.
  5. Build your lettuce boat starting with the lettuce leaf as the base. Add equal amounts of beef, radish slices, and guacamole.
