Ingredients
  • 4cups Shredded Green Cabbageabout 1/2 small green cabbage
  • 1cup Shredded Organic Carrotsabout 2 medium carrots
  • 1small Vidalla onionminced
  • About 1/2cup Organic MayoSee my recipe!
  • 1Tablespoon Fresh Dillminced
  • 1/2teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • Dash Stevia
  • Dash Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a food processor (or by hand) shred the green cabbage and carrots. Throw shredded veggies into a large bowl.
  2. Mince your onion and herbs and toss into the bowl with the shredded veggies.
  3. Add your mayo, Stevia, and black pepper and mix everything together well.
  4. Taste test and add more Stevia, salt and mayo to taste.
  5. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
  6. Note: Coleslaw keeps in fridge for 3-4 days.
