  • 10lg Organic garlic cloves
  • 4lg Organic Celery Stalks
  • About 2gallons Spring/ Filtered Water
  • 6teaspoons Organic Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

  1. NOTE: This recipe makes two batches of broth. So, use half of the veggies listed above for each batch.
  2. Place your bones in the bottom of the crock pot. Use half of veggies listed in ingredients lists for each batch. Wash and cut all the veggies into large pieces and add to the crock pot.
  3. Add your spring/filtered water and fill the crock pot until 1 inch from the top.
  4. Cover and simmer on low for 12+ hours. Strain the bone broth through a fine strainer and save the bones for a second batch.
  5. Repeat steps 1-3 for the second batch (using the second half of new vegetables – see ingredients list)
  6. Use broth within 5 days. Freeze the rest!
  7. Enjoy!
