BONE BROTH!!!!
One of the KEY superfoods for optimal gut health.
There are SO many incredible health benefits in an organic bone broth that I am planning to devote a whole blog post to it very soon.
For now, just know that bone broth contains glutamine and collagen, two very important amino acids that could help to build a health gut wall. As I explain in my Leaky Gut post, the intestinal lining is only one cell thick and could get damaged very easily by gut irritating foods such as lectins, gluten, phytic acid etc. You can read more on Leaky Gut here.
This recipe is SUPER easy to throw together and could dramatically improve your gut health, boost your immune and make you feel incredible!
Enjoy!

I am suffering with thyroid ,fatty liver and high blood sugar I am not on meds for the last two and my sugar has been around120 last night it was 67 is bone broth safe for me?
Hi Shannon. Bone Broth is a super nutritive food. With that being said it is high in protein. Protein, in excess, turns into sugar which causes fatty liver disease and high blood sugar. You want to be careful in taking it. It will be great for you but maybe in a half a cup amount at a time. I also recommend you lower all protein in general and sugar. Even sugar from fruit. Sugar is still sugar. No matter how “healthy” it may seem. Look into fructose causing fatty liver. Dr Perlmutter has some great stuff on it.
