Ingredients
  • 5Medium/Large Organic Carrots
  • 2Large Bunches Organic Radishes
  • 1/2-1teaspoon Himalayan Pink Sea Saltground
  • 1/2teaspoon Organic Black Pepper
  • 1/2teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder
  • 2cloves Organic garlic clovesminced
  • 4Tablespoons Coconut Oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
  2. Rinse and cut vegetables. Slice vegetables into halves and quarters.
  3. Pour vegetables into a large bowl. Melt coconut oil and add to bowl of veggies. Add seasonings and stir everything together well.
  4. Evenly spread veggies on a large cookie sheet.
  5. Roast veggies at 425 F for about 30 minutes or until roasted.
