I am so excited to share this savory side dish with you! This has been on major repeat lately as it pairs excellently with a protein and side salad for an easy dinner! We also just discovered that it also jazzes up a boring old salad when used as a topping.

Ingredients
- 1 Large Cauliflower head
- 2 teaspoons Organic Cumin Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Organic Curry Powder
- 1 teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
- 1/2-1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder
- 2-3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil melted

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Wash head of cauliflower and remove leaves. Cut cauliflower in bite-size pieces and toss into a large bowl.
- Add all the above spices and melted coconut oil to the bowl of cauliflower.
- Stir everything together well to evenly coat the cauliflower in spices.
- Spread curried cauliflower evenly on large baking sheets.
- Roast for about 30 minutes or until cauliflower begins to get crispy.
- Serve immediately! Enjoy!
