I am so excited to share this savory side dish with you!  This has been on major repeat lately as it pairs excellently with a protein and side salad for an easy dinner!  We also just discovered that it also jazzes up a boring old salad when used as a topping.

This recipe is loaded with nutritious spices and seasonings!  Be warned that it just might become your new favorite roasted vegetable recipe as it’s very addictive.  Once you make it, let me know what you think in the comments section below!

  • 1 Large Cauliflower head
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Cumin Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil melted

Ingredients
  • 1 Large Cauliflower head
  • 2 teaspoons Organic Cumin Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Organic Curry Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Turmeric Powder
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Organic Garlic Powder
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil melted

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Wash head of cauliflower and remove leaves. Cut cauliflower in bite-size pieces and toss into a large bowl.
  3. Add all the above spices and melted coconut oil to the bowl of cauliflower.
  4. Stir everything together well to evenly coat the cauliflower in spices.
  5. Spread curried cauliflower evenly on large baking sheets.
  6. Roast for about 30 minutes or until cauliflower begins to get crispy.
  7. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
