Ingredients
  • 1Large Cauliflowerwashed, chopped into bite-sized pieces
  • 4Tablespoons Organic Unrefined Coconut Oilmelted
  • 1teaspoon Pink Hymalayn Sea Salt
  • 1/2teaspoon Organic Granulated Garlic
  • 1/2teaspoon Organic Black Pepper
  • 3cloves Organic Garlic
  • 3-4Tablespoons Organic Fresh Parsley leavesminced
  • 4Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.


  2. Wash head of cauliflower and remove leaves. Cut cauliflower in bite-size pieces and toss into a large bowl.

  3. Add all the above spices and melted coconut oil to the bowl of cauliflower.

 (save minced garlic and fresh parsley for later.)
  4. Stir everything together well to evenly coat the cauliflower.
  5. Spread cauliflower evenly on large baking sheets.


  6. Roast for about 20 minutes. Then add the minced garlic.
  7. Roast for an additional 10 minutes or until cauliflower begins to get crispy.


  8. When cauliflower is roasted to your liking, remove from oven. Pour into a large bowl and add minced fresh parsley and drizzle the extra virgin olive oil. Toss until well mixed.
  9. Serve immediately! Enjoy!
