This Focaccia bread is the bomb! ( At least in my opinion ).
Before I went gluten free, I used to eat SO MUCH BREAD! It was my jam. I lean more towards crave savory foods over sweet treats and so I ate TONS of bread, bagels, English muffins, flat bread. You name it.
After going gluten free, and now mostly grain free, I have been desperate for creating my own recipes that actually taste good but don’t cost a million dollars to make.
And let’s face it. Making any food yourself is SO much cheaper than buying it in the store.
That’s why I’m so excited to share this recipe with you. It does contain high amounts of carbs so it isn’t keto. However, we carb load one day a week so this bread is the perfect for sandwiches and burgers or as a side for a curry dish or a soup.
As with any gluten free item, it’s best if you store any leftovers in your freezer. When it’s time to serve, just pop the focaccia bread in the toaster for a few minutes to warm it up. Otherwise, this delicious Focaccia bread will taste a bit dry.
Hope you enjoy!!! Yumm!
