Ingredients
  • 1 1/2cups Mix of Kalamata and Green Olives
  • 1 1/2cups Black Olives
  • 3Tablespoons Capers
  • 1large lemonJuiced
  • 1Tablespoon Nutritional Yeast
  • 2/3cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • About 1/2cup Fresh Organic Parsleychopped
Instructions
  1. To Check for pits in the olives, slice each olive in half to check. Then, add to the blender. Do this with ALL the olives. Your teeth will thank you. 🙂 Place everything in a food processor and pulse until everything is well chopped.
